However, if you have a “Teacher” subscription plan, you may share that content with your students. You may not print or give other teachers access to that content to use in their class. In a school, each teacher using macandrory.com subscriber only content must have their own “Teacher” subscription plan.

Only subscription holders are permitted to use subscription only content on macandrory.com. Once you cancel your subscription and your subscription period finishes, you no longer have a licence to use macandrory.com subscription only content (see Cancelling A Subscription below). 

 

Payment For Subscriptions

To use the Mac And Rory Grammar Stories subscription only content you must have internet access and provide us with a payment method. "Payment method" means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party. Unless you cancel your subscription before your billing date, you authorise us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your payment method.

 

Different Prescription Plans

We may offer a number of subscription plans. Different subscription plans may have different conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed to you in the subscription sign up process.

Existing subscription holders may not be eligible for certain introductory offers. The eligibility requirements and other limitations and conditions will be disclosed when you sign-up for the offer or in other communications made available to you.
 

Payment Dates

The subscription fee for macandrory.com subscription only content will be charged to your payment method on the specific payment date indicated on the  "Payment Plan" page. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you choose. In some cases your payment date may change, for example, if your payment method has not successfully settled, or when you change your subscription plan. 

 

Visit the macandrory.com website and click on the "My Subscriptions" link on the members menu at the top right of the website to see your next payment date.

Authorising Payments

To access and use subscription only Mac And Rory’s Grammar Stories content you must provide a payment method. You authorise us to charge any payment method associated with your account for payment of your subscription fee. 

If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we may suspend your access to the subscription only content until we have successfully charged a valid payment method.

Payment Method Charges

For some payment methods, the payment method service provider may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your payment. Local tax charges may vary depending on the payment method used. Check with your payment method service provider for details.
 

Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel your Mac And Rory’s Grammar Stories subscription at any time. You will continue to have access to the Mac And Rory’s Grammar Stories subscription only content through to the end of your current billing period. 

 

Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused Mac And Rory’s Grammar Stories subscription only content. 

 

To cancel, go to the members menu on the top right of the macandrory.com page, go to “My Subscriptions” and click “Cancel”. If you cancel your subscription, your account page will display “pending cancellation”. This means that your subscription will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. 

Subscription Price Changes

We may change the price of our subscription plans from time to time. Any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.

Right To Access Content
When you pay for a subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Mac And Rory’s Grammar Stories content. The Mac And Rory’s Grammar Stories content is for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond your household, or if you have the “Teacher” subscription, beyond the students in your classes.

You agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use, except as explicitly authorised your subscription's terms, Mac And Rory’s Grammar Stories content.

In addition, you agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the Mac And Rory’s Grammar Stories content, including any software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs.

We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these terms of use or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of our content.

Mac And Rory Stories reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts. Mac And Rory Stories reserves the right to refuse our content to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Mac And Rory Stories' total liability to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the greater of (a) the amount of fees you paid to macandrory.com in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise to liability; and (b) 100 euros. 

In addition, no advice or information (oral or written) obtained by you from macandrory.com or Mac and Rory Stories shall create any warranty.

 

You and Mac And Rory Stories agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to macandrory.com, any products or services included on or otherwise made available to you through macandrory.com, the content, your access and use of macandrory.com, any sites or resources linked to macandrory.com or these terms of use, must commence and be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
